Happy New Year to Everyone!

I wish everyone a New Year wherein you discover your purposeful, primal inclination, the central purpose for which you were put on this planet (if you haven’t already found that purpose).  May everyone also come to a point of new personal balance (if you haven’t already come to it).

Specific to this blog, I also ask that you seek, and find, the most practical, realistic, reasonable, and sane methods of protection for yourself, family members, loved ones, co-workers, co-citizens, and co-planetarians.

I ask that everyone – and particularly anyone who considers her/himself (and strives to be) a Sheepdog – to take to heart the wisdom of Robert L. Humphrey:

Wherever I walk, everyone is a little bit safer because I am there. Wherever I am, anyone in need has a friend.  Whenever I return home, everyone is happy I am there.
