Feed the hungry (literally, figuratively, or otherwise through whatever is your discipline or profession),
Help the afflicted (through whatever is your discipline or profession),
Lighten the sorrow of the sorrowful (through whatever is your discipline or profession), and
Remove the sufferings of the injured (through whatever is your discipline or profession).
