I would argue that the same can be said of any organization, department, squad, etc.

There are no good organizations and no bad departments, squads, etc. There are only good or bad leaders. They – the leaders – make or break the organization, the department, the squad, etc.

Pick leaders well.

Train leaders well.

Mentor leaders well.

Leadership, if done right, can be a force for good in the world.
